About the Accounting Assistant role

Financial Clerks Accounting Assistant

As Accounting Assistants, we help the accountant in daily activities by entering and coding financial transactions appropriately, process payments and invoices. We are also responsible for issuing invoices to customers based on services rendered and goods sold, reviewing employees’ expenses, and making reimbursements in compliance with the law. We track and administer all expenses and repayments, helping the accountants create accurate balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.

Core tasks:

  • create and update expense reports
  • send invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • participate in quarterly and annual audits
