Medical Assistant

I startee this position with the high hopes of moving up in this company. The job description is very misleading. The job ia basically callong aa many patinets in one day and asking if they took their medications. This was the most useless job in healthcare. Half the patients wouldn't amswer the phone, they would be rude, or most if them didnt even have insurance. There is not growth in this job because there are no other positions, only medical assistant and Harshika the manager. No clinical or administrative skills are used.
