What does a Formulation Chemist do?

As Formulation Chemists, we plan, conduct, supervise, and organize experiments to optimize the biological & chemical features of our products to increase their performance while keeping the leadership up-to-date with the latest discoveries and results. We plan and control the laboratory work to develop, and test newly improved manufacturing processes in order to meet the company’s established targets on time. We also conduct laboratory support work to assist in the resolution of manufacturing process irregularities and defects.

Core tasks:

  • scale-up newly developed products as required
  • develop new testing methods to ensure customer satisfaction
  • submit newly developed patents
