We prepare records based on the data of guests from their arrival times to their departure times. Functioning as Guest Service Attendants, we are accountable for managing front desk activities. we also provide necessary information to the visitors about the hotel or resort that we have been working for. We prepare a list of rules and regulations that should be followed by all the guests of stay places.
