Job Description

The Retail Trainer will manage the day to day training operations of our Retail Technicians. This individual will be responsible for staying up to date with DOT, RCRA, and DEA regulations, and maintaining all company training focused on the Retail Line of Business. 

The position will also manage two employees focused on field based on job training, and service execution located in branches across the network.

  • Develops and administers training content for Retail accounts 
  • Manages all training content through company shared folders, publishing to learning software as needed 
  • Delivers training in classroom setting up to monthly
  • Position may travel up to 30% 
  • Advise technicians onsite when encountering issues related to retail service 
  • Provide guidance to corporate Retail team members as needed 
  • Assist with customer questions specific to retail services 
  • Assist in developing company service applications 
  • Provide DEA related training guidance 
  • Deliver virtual support to field as needed
  • Host Virtual trainings up to weekly 
  • 2+ years of experience in Retail line of business
  • 1+ year of managerial experience 
  • Strong understanding of DOT/RCRA regulations 
  • Experience with DEA regulated materials 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications 
  • Able to deliver training to 30+ individuals at once 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
