Job Description

The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Suite Attendant, you will ensure the effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, cleaning, and delivering the highest quality of guest service at all times.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

Minimum pay rate: $7.25 / hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare suite before the start of the event, ensuring all items are in place and ready for guest arrival, and completing all closing tasks.
  • Confirm all guest items ordered in advance of the event are prepared to standard, delivered, and served timely and accurately.
  • Anticipate guest needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and capture in-suite orders, delivering kitchen and bar staff as appropriate.
  • Ensure all local and company laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol.
  • Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment.
  • Previous experience as suite runner preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up of the suite.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.
  • Ability to withstand variable temperatures and noise levels experienced when moving from hot, noisy kitchen conditions to a climate-controlled dining environment.
  • Ability to work in confined or narrow spaces if needed.

About the Suite Attendant role

Entertainment Attendants Suite Attendant

As Suite Attendants, we are responsible for providing excellent guest service, receiving and placing orders, and addressing guests' needs and demands. We coordinate with suite owners and provide excellent guest service. Cleaning and servicing suite rooms and providing a pleasant and comfortable experience to guests is one of our main responsibilities. We ensure that assigned suites are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. Working as Suite Attendants, we resolve guest complaints and queries in a polite manner. We change bed linen and sweep and mop floors. We also vacuum carpets and dust and polish furniture.
