Overview

Under the direction of the Director of VIP Services and the VIP Services Management Team, the incumbent is responsible for all functions of VIP Services. The reservations, arrivals, departures, and hotel services for designated VIP guests.   

Responsibilities
  • VIP Services daily emails in booking limo, dinner reservations, scooters, cabanas, shows, events, rooms, etc.
  • Warmly greet hotel guests and provide a seamless registration arrival and departure process for all guests
  • Monitor room status and communicate with other departments if necessary to manipulate room assignment
  • Ensure that all VIP requests are set up in guest room and delivered in advance of arrival
  • Keep detailed records of requests and communications between departments
  • Satisfy all guest requests that are legal, ethical and within our power to control
  • Provide alternative options to guests if their request cannot be satisfied
  • Work with Player Development representatives to ensure that billing is accurate and complimentary offers have been applied before guest departs
  • Work closely with Butler staff
  • Communicate with VIP Services Manager, VIP Services Management Team and/or Player Development regarding guest issues
  • Respond to special requests of guests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner.
  • Strive to provide the best and personalized service to each guest.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of property and local attractions to best advise guests
Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent education required and minimum (1) year hotel Front Desk experience.
    • Casino Employee Registration
    • LMS or similar system preferred

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Must possess strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.
    • Must be able to multitask and keep diligent records for follow up
