Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Some occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner.
Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility.
Educate customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products.
Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collections calls.
Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business.
Assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations and serves as a backup manager when needed.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent.
Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition.
Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
Experience in supervisory roles in customer service or sales preferred.
Experience in collections or the finance industry preferred.
