Field Service Representative

Hunter Engineering Company, the leading manufacturer of automotive service equipment, seeks a Field Service Representative for the company’s Alpharetta, GA market.

Hunter Field Service Representatives are independent contractors who install, service, and train Hunter quality-branded equipment.  This position allows individuals to control their own success as an independent representative.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a high level of technical ability.  The position also necessitates excellent customer service skills, superior organizational skills and basic accounting knowledge.  Automotive service background is a plus.  Hunter offers an extensive training program and ongoing training for new representatives, as well as assistance getting started.

About the Field Service Representative role

Maintenance / Repair - Other Field Service Representative

Working as Field Service Representatives, our primary responsibility is to provide support in the external and field-related tasks of the customer project. We perform on-site inspections to identify the performance and progress of the projects. We also install new solutions on the site work to guarantee the production of the best possible results. In the role of Field Service Representative, we are accountable for performing validation tests of the equipment that is used in the fieldwork. We also troubleshoot the issues from the fieldwork. We prepare service reports based on the analysis and inspection of the site and provide these reports directly to our managers.
