Role Overview: As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team. You'll oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, particularly for our clients in the higher education sector. With a focus on driving customer acquisition and maximizing ROI, your role includes managing and optimizing marketing channels, performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of agency experience, preferably working with higher education institutions.
  • A proven track record of generating qualified leads in the education sector.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Industry certifications such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in project management and organizing multiple campaigns in line with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored for higher education clients.
  • Effectively manage and optimize a variety of marketing channels to drive targeted outcomes.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and detailed performance analysis.
