Morgan & Morgan’s growing complex litigation practice group is seeking to add an attorney to begin working exclusively on qui tam and national opioid litigation. This is a lateral opportunity for a smart, hungry attorney who is detail oriented, with excellent federal court research and writing skills, and strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a federal judicial law clerk, Assistant United States Attorney, or complex civil litigation associate. This attorney would join a team that represents whistleblowers in qui tam actions across the United States as well as governmental entities in lawsuits against the largest drug manufacturers and distributors in the country. The position will require frontline involvement with currently pending opioid cases at every stage of litigation, from pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions and trial.
