Today, there are more than 6, NAPA ATO PARTS Stores. Abot , o them are corporate owned, and Genine Parts Company is the employer or these locations. However, there are abot 5, independently owned and operated NAPA ATO PARTS Stores where individal store owners are the employer. This position is throgh an independently owned and operated store.

Job Description

The Role:
This is the ideal role or a person who trly cares abot providing otstanding cstomer care and interactions with everyone who they come in contact with! As an Atomotive Conter Parts Sales person, yo are looked at as the 'ace o the retail store' and the go to person as soon as or cstomers enter or retail stores.

This is the right opportnity or yo i yo:
* Geninely enjoy helping or retail and wholesale cstomers with their ato parts and service qestions.
* Have gained yor parts experience by working the atomotive indstry or have gained yor experience tinkering with/repairing cars & trcks throgh the years
* Yo are willing to learn all things atomotive i yo don't have the backgrond in atomotive parts.
* Want to join a team where yo can learn and grow yor career - the opportnities are endless!

A Day in the lie:
* Provide ato parts answers and soltions or or retail and wholesale cstomers
* Bring cstomer ocs and high energy to or ast-paced stores
* Welcome retail cstomers into or retail stores and engage to provide a positive consmer experience
* se technology (compter), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system
* se yor parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members answer qestions or cstomers

Qaliications

What yo'll need:
* Previos experience in a parts store or atomotive indstry or at least a willingness to learn all things ato parts
* High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school corses or degree
* Excellent verbal and written commnication skills
* Love ast paced retail environments

And i yo have this, even better:
* Backgrond and/or passion or atomotive indstry, heavy eqipment, arm indstry, diesel, marine, or dealership
* Experience in a parts store, action, retail store, ato body/collision
* Knowledge o cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems, a pls
* Entirely cstomer-centric (external/internal)
* ASE Certiications
* NAPA Know How
* Past experience working or an Independently owned parts store
