Answer phone, schedule appointments, management of patient records, light typing. Prepare folders for new patients and updating new charts for established patients. Keep record of patient payments and Medicare visits. Make copies of forms, handling money, completing Medicare HCFA and mailing. Billing and posting accounts. Inventory of office supplies.
