Description
The Midas Franchise Consultant will be actively involved in supporting Midas franchisees. This includes supporting success in our tire programs, parts programs, credit programs, and teaching best practices. The Midas Franchise Consultant role will be responsible for both direct sales and selling intangibles. The Midas Franchise Consultant will act as a change agent executing business model transformation and will be accountable for improving store operations, growing sales/profits, increasing the value of our franchise network, and growing new stores (both conversions and new construction).

I have 5 years of experience in franchise consulting, working with various clients to help them expand their businesses through franchising.
As Franchise Consultants, we are tasked with managing and supervise franchisees to ensure that they comply with the brand’s standards of business operation in order to keep up the brand’s image and reputation. We are also tasked with ensuring that each franchise operates in total compliance with the pre-established MBE standards and requirements by performing routine surprise inspections on the job site. We assist franchises in applying new growth initiatives to improve their store sales and maximize profitability while educating them on how to utilize newly acquired hardware and software to boost their staff’s efficiency and productivity.
