What you’ll be doing...

As a Verizon Retail Sales Representative, or what we like to call a Solution Specialist, you'll help our customers understand and love the products we sell. Utilizing your unique talents, passion for technology, and excellent customer service skills, you'll be part of a retail store team committed to creating the ultimate in-store experience, turning our customers into loyal Verizon fans.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • One or more years of work experience.

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Even better if you have:

  • Associate’s degree.

  • Customer service and/or sales experience.

  • Commission-based sales experience is also a plus.
