Unqualified instructors who tell participants not to ask "her" any question should they forget what she only mentioned ONCE. Instead, the instructor refers participants to go read the book "LEARN" to get answer to the specific questions asked. At one point, I personally objected to her referring a participants who asked a question to go find answer in the online document 'LEARN". The instructors have never been trained on HOW to teach or HOW people learn!
Instructors have no training on how to prepare, deliver learning except brags to have had THREE years "training" experience; denies any of the things told to participants in class to cover up incompetence.
If an instructor starts off with 28 participants at the beginning of a class and ends up with 8 or 11 at the end of a 2-4 weeks training, there is something wrong there! The organization is paying money for nothing because all the participants who left were paid during training!
Pros and Cons
Did not see anything except people striving for power!
We had only 2 weeks training in the facility and 2 weeks at home. I did not see anything positive.
