I absolutely loved working at roadrunner the people was always so nice I had lots of support and the food was absolutely amazing. I found out I was pregnant working at road runner, they was very supportive. If my pregnancy brain took over and if I needed help lifting something there would be no questions asked. I learned lots of new things there sadly some things happened and Damien put me on maternity leave earlier then expected . I miss road runner so much.

Pros and Cons
Friendly I made lots of new friends there, the customers were always so nice, the food was amazing

No stability, no raises, benefits on the higher side, a lot of management turnover, need structure and policies in place

Pros and Cons
It’s a job
Don’t work here unless you need a job
