I spent in Atkins 13 years. This company had a big change in values; from being a human part of the company you were moved to be a number.
Many managers with no respect for their employees.
The Human Resources department it is a disaster. No support for employees.
No job security because Atkins keeps loosing projects due to lack of good leaders.
With that said the company as a company its not a bad company the health insurance it is a great benefit.
