About The Role:
The Benefits Manager is responsible for the administration of employee benefits for Hunter Douglas North America. The position is responsible for the annual benefits open enrollment process and will assist with benefits communications. This individual will report to the Director of Benefits and Wellness and will also provide support with benefit audits, required government filings, and special projects.
I regularly attend seminars and workshops, and subscribe to industry newsletters to stay informed.
As Benefits Managers, we focus on providing access to and resolving problems for benefits products that internal employees receive. We communicate with employees and try to understand their needs and provide them benefit packages. We assemble employee information regarding benefit products such as insurance and vacation time and conduct cost analysis before selecting their benefits. We also supply documents to employees, related to enrolling and maintaining their benefits coverage. We answer any questions asked by employees related to their benefits and report to the management if there is a problem and ensure services are supplied according to the agreement.
