Summary:
Facebook Reality Labs organization includes Oculus and Portal products, AR and VR software and content, and research and development labs. We're building the next generation of devices and experiences that make people feel closer together. The Performance Center of Excellence team is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the Affiliate channel Portal, Oculus and future cutting edge AR/VR products. This role will focus their time on US and UK markets, but will also be managing emerging markets (France, Germany, and Japan). To be successful, you are a data driven performance marketer, able to think strategically and have the operational chops to roll up your sleeve and get things done. Your objective is to drive acquisition at scale with efficient CPR/ROI however, you will also support full funnel campaigns including brand and retention objectives in your channels. You thrive in a dynamic environment, feel invigorated by multi-tasking and constantly push to raise the bar on optimization and performance.
Required Skills:
Lead and manage the Affiliate channel including: channel strategy, publisher recruitment, reporting, creative, breakthrough campaigns for Portal/Oculus and future ARVR products
Build industry leading optimization capability to maximize hardware sales at efficient ROAS
Implement channel best practices, identify optimization opportunities using data, and architect ambitious test plans across targeting, creative/ad copy, platform, publishers, landing page etc.
Build strategic and operational capabilities, manage performance agency relationships, and vendors where needed
Determine KPIs, establish reporting, manage and own channel performance and measurement
Provide thought leadership on marketing strategy where needed (able to provide input, understand and communicate marketing strategies that may apply to more channel
Manage large marketing budgets and ensure we are allocating spend optimally across channels and marketing funnel
Build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders including: product marketing, integrated marketing, decision science, creative, owned channels, brand
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of combined experience managing affiliate channels/campaigns and minimum 8 years marketing B2C products for retail/e-commerce businesses in consumer electronics category
Experience as a full funnel marketer with technical knowledge in affiliate platforms (eg: Rakuten, Hasoffers, Amazon, Commission Junction)
Experience running in-house marketing strategy, campaign execution and operations (including experience with bid models, and audience segmentation targeting tactics)
Analytical experience to conduct analysis on channel performance, identify optimization opportunities and use data to inform business decisions
5+ years experience managing media agency, contractors and/ or vendor relationships
BA/BS degree
Experience working with large media budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience launching campaigns in international markets (in addition to US)
Experience with marketing consumer electronics products and/or gaming
Experience working with leadership and marketing analytics to prove out the value of channel

As Growth Marketing Managers, we are primarily responsible for keeping up with evolving customer needs. We closely monitor the increase and decrease in customers. Furthermore, we develop strategies to retain the company’s customers and clients. Experimenting with new and trending modes of service delivery is one of our duties. We also work closely with the digital content departments, to manage the company’s content being published.
