Store Manager

The store manager/Restaurant Leader is responsible for ensuring that, first and foremost, the overall operation of the restaurant adheres to Dunkin Brands and Company standards. Furthermore, they are expected to build profitable top line sales by developing a team which delivers a great guest experience through operational excellence. The ultimate test of their success is the quality of leaders they are able to produce through their internal development system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, Brand standards, and Company values
  • Hire, train, and develop a team capable of delivering a great customer experience
  • Keen focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
  • Innovate ways to build sales and guest loyalty
  • Set goals to increase profitability
  • Utilizing effective communication and coaching skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, with demonstrated ability to think and work independently
  • Experience in the food service industry is required. Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification is a plus!
