Low pay with no support the place looks like a grease pit management is always trying to take short cuts they well talk nice to your face then stab you in the back. Well not return phone calls about problems and none A&Ps running around telling A&Ps what to do and they don't have a clue as to what they are talking about. The parts guy thinks he runs the show.

No place to really park have to work on planes outside in the rain.
