I started in with this company as an entry level billing clerk in the shipping department and within five years, I became the manager of the billing and export department for our branch. I was given the ability to learn new software programs, expand my network, and grow into a leadership position with the support of a great management system.
I was allowed a great life-work balance that I, and my growing family, appreciated.
If not for the fact that our branch shut down due to relocation to another country, I would still, happily, be with this company.
Pros and Cons
Customer discounts on products. Learning Opportunities. Networking abilities worldwide.
Relocated to Mexico, quality has since decreased. Customer service dept was difficult to work with.
