I got on at MSI right out of gad school. Like everyone else, I thought this job would get my foot in the door. It didn't. They only hire part time contract employees. The first manager I had was one of the worst ever. I switched teams and my second manager was the best I ever had. She and her assistant managers were so amazing. I stayed for 2 years, when Covid hit. Without notice everyone on my team as well as anyone on all other teams were sent an email saying we are all fired. At first it seemed they were going to keep the management team. But a few weeks later we were informed our managers had been fired as qell. My boss had been there 10 years. We all keep in touch because despite the low pay, horrible hours and no benefits we were a family. It's shameful how any employee who actually interacts with the guests are treated. Executives have great salaries and benefits from what I understand. As well as job security.

Pros and Cons
Being at MSI on a regular basis,
No benefits, part time hours, and low pay, lower levels employees =disposable
