I worked with a client that has Parkinsons and enjoyed the time spent with him and ensuring all his needs were met accordingly. Helped him with daily activities, appointments and so on. In addition, retained all the necessary health professionals for him to ensure all aspects of his health was being treated or checked for.

The company itself has a great mission and I stood behind it however, management makes it hard to stay. There is a lot of hierarchy and nepotism that happens here. Moving up within the company happens fast if you’re in the right department and make friends with the right people. Outside of that you’re over looked and over worked. Micromanagement is very prevalent, the pay is mediocre, & there is no such thing as work life balance.
