President and several director level changes have changed the close to family friendly atmosphere to something less so. Surprise personnel reductions. Expectations of a 60 hour work week after reductions. Planning ahead suffered so everything was emergency do it NOW.
Pros and Cons
Most of the company has great people, but many of the best have left or been "encouraged" to leave
