Very unprofessional environment and low pay. Over worked and was easy to move up because the turn over is so high. No one stays long. There was a lot of drama that you would see in middle or high school people fighting and hair weave in the parking lot.

I started onsite and was given very large case load and worked unreasonable hours so left a that position for telephonic after 1year. Then was bounced from team to team until 1 year and continued on that team. I submitted 5 used innovated ideas, was a UHG Cultural Ambassador. Multiple changes were made over the years and adapted to those changes. I was having severe medical issues that required surgical interventions and short term disability. Due to that was told I could not take any time off and was pushed out after not passing audit that my manager told me was not going to be audited
