Oregon Shakespeare Festival is a largest professional theater founded in 1935 by Angus L. Bowmer. From many years this theater was performing on the plays of Shakespear. But after 1977 this theater able to extend its season length from fall to spring and also considering the plays of other writer. Large men force is required to create different plays due to this theater offered job as other industries. In present time 600 employees are working on OSF and 700 hundred volunteers working for it. They offer jobs in acting, other performing opportunities, lighting, marketing and finance.
