It was a great place to work at if you like fast Pace and a lot of overtime, the downside is there are some team leaders there that are very rude which made me and a few others quit our positions!

Pros and Cons
When working more hours than expected, or for very special holidays we would get food parties.
Some team leaders are rude and take advantage of their position!

No work life balance. It’s only work, work, work. You can never be sick or take time off. They dock you points if you call out or take vacation. And then if you have too many, they let you go.

Pros and Cons

No work/life balance, training sucks

It was strange. It was just strange there with no good memories. The goal post of the job responsibility moved, and the politics and "diverse" culture stank there.

Pros and Cons
I suppose the name.
Strange "leadership" and the politics. "No bueno".

1. TOYOTA provides kinds of trainings, tests for employees in different level, and the trainings are very useful at least in my position (in my side, several excel trainings I've attended were welomed and realistic); 2. System and rules runned in high speed with effective colleagues, for example, one proposal once I have done could be signed and approved finanlly in 2-3 workdays, which played a strong backup role for the sales business.

Pros and Cons
birthday bonus, overtime allowance, trainings
a little crowded work space

The real engineering work is made in Japan, Saline Tech Center is only drafting and packing, beside, micro management is present all the time. Prepare for the Japanese work style (no personal life. If you are a contract worker, the treatment is different, no access to essential technical info, assistant type duties, etc.

Pros and Cons
Gym in place, good cafeteria
location is good
