About Asset Management Coordinator

What does an Asset Management Coordinator do?

As Asset Management Coordinators, we are responsible for developing life-cycling management programs and incorporating asset management processes into a single corporate reporting structure. We coordinate and perform condition assessments on an ongoing basis and work with various departments to estimate future costs for rehabilitation and maintenance operations. Reviewing the impacts of the continued growth of existing assets and collaborating with the financial analysts to provide technical information is one of our main responsibilities. We research and report on technical specifications related to infrastructure construction and maintenance to improve current programs and systems.

Core tasks:

  • review and update asset management plans
  • undertake tasks and projects within the scope of the position
  • perform cost analysis and risk management analysis
