About Care Associate

What does a Care Associate do?

As Care Associates, we are tasked with helping patients to achieve their rehabilitation objectives. We work closely with physical and occupational therapists to help patients receive the needed rehabilitation services. We also scan the medical documents including their insurance documents to ensure they comply with institutional rules. It is our responsibility to maintain the quality of patient care units to boost their satisfaction. We help to initiate CPR protocols in case of cardiac arrest and respond to all emergency cases that relate to patients' treatments. We equally make independent judgments and decisions with regard to patient clinic operations and triage.

  • helping patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals
  • ensuring our clients follow all the rules that govern an institution
  • helping to initiate CPR on patients in cases of cardiac arrests
  • making independent recommendations on the patients' operations and triage
