I worked for this company for about 6 months, in the beginning things were going well but overtime I just started to see things that bothered me. The entire environment was toxic, a danger to my health and others, It was impossible to have a day off; there was constant favoritism and disrespect so overall it was too much for me and I decided to move on with my life.

I worked for this company for many years. I took a lot of time away from my family to pick up hours for this school, and never once got a raise, moved up, or anything. There was so much drama between the staff. I busted my butt to teach and love the kids in my class like my own meanwhile my children watched tablets and ran around throwing toys like there wasn’t even an adult in the room. They were not taught anything, I had no support from my sons teachers when trying to potty train, my 2 year old at the time ran out into the parking lot where a busy highway runs, and my sons teacher had no idea. I have seen a lot of growth in my children since leaving and my son is now fully potty trained.

Pros and Cons
I was able to see my kids
Not enough space to type.
