Replenishment, cashier, sales specialist(tools, plumbing, flooring) yard

Worked there since I turned 18 in 2015 till 2020 ish. They had a union, benefits, payed vacation, birthday pay, Christmas cards with pay, thanks giving turkeys, sick pay, participated in local events(Sonoma raceway and rose parade I think(I was in it every year)) and where flexible with my school schedule. I was in a little hot water until I figured out to prioritize closing procedures about 2 hours before closing. Yard was much fun although safety is important, and it can be hot or even rain while working there. They have vendors come in and demo or teach employees about there products. Honestly of all my jobs it has bin the best place I’ve worked. I only left for personal reasons, and would love to go back.
Pros and Cons
2- 15 min breaks, and 1 hour lunch. 4O1k with possibly 2% match and 3% half match. Cold water in hot

Awful. Never properly trained, fired without opportunity to improve. Rude management, miserable employees( people hospitalized with stress related symptoms) , totally insane administrative. Lying, dishonest.
