Girls on the run is a non-profit organization with one goal in mind, to empower girls to become the best version of themselves. It was founded by five women in 1989 and currently serves across 8 Chicagoland counties. The organization girls the principles of inclusion, diversity, equity and access to help improve the way the employees function. There is no discrimination or segregation against any employee as the organization offers a serene environment where everyone can thrive. It offers employees comprehensive benefits such as life insurance, medical insurance, paid time off, holidays, parental leave and employee assistance program and others.
