LeClair Ryan went out of business giving it’s employees only five days warning and no severance pay. Should they reconstitute the company I could not recommend them as an employer. They also outsource all of their administrative staff to another company which adds another layer to the HR structure which makes it very difficult to work directly for your attorneys. It also makes you feel that you are not really part of the company.
