I need not go into detail here, but I will say this much . . . I have worked with far more supportive and professional faculty whom were not only supportive, but offered mentorship from those of us with great enthusiasm, experience and ideas . . . never asked about ideas for improving nursing student education . . . never engaging with adjunct faculty as professionals .. .
