We tend to concentrate on the labor aspects of projects, supervising lower-level staff involved in the delivery phase. That said, the exact definition of our position and the nature of our work largely depends on the organization we work for and the industry it is in. In some cases, we assist several project managers on multiple cases simultaneously.
