Got my interview at USO after applying on their website. It was a relatively chill interview and my previous volunteer experience worked in my favor.

There;s nothing here. Apply online and you will do an interview with a manager a few days or weeks after. Be confident and know about the company and you wil do well. Good luck!

I would like to know what the management is like at USO
avatar-of-creator
The upper management are not really about the employees. At arlington, it was just work, work, work and not a care for anything else.
avatar-of-creator

Great organization to work in. Senior leadership can sometimes be aloof and distant from there staff. They feel threatened with more intelligent people. If they can be less combative about everything, things would be better. Verdict: ๐Ÿ‘Ž

Not too sure if there are drug tests but my branch did not request this when I was being recruited. I think though that it should be necessary.

I did not do a drug test afta the interview. But if you have bad drug history, please let them know. Drug test policies can come up later on and you don't want to lose your job becqause you concealed important information wen you were being interviewed.๐Ÿค”
