Sometimes the goals that they set for us seem a little ambitious given the actual day-to-day life on the phones, but I do feel like I can bring my complaints to management and be heard. 💪

I truly enjoy my position as a Travel Sales Specialist. It's a call center-type job, but there's no cold calling and when I am talking to the travel agents who call in about our product I don't feel like I'm pushing anyone to do anything they're hesitant about.💪
