As Client Advisors, we are responsible for managing client relationships, working with the support of a principal or senior advisor. We attend all budget meetings and prepare renewal proposals for all clients. We provide client service management and independently resolve typical client account issues. Coordinating with clients to assess all risk management needs is also a part of our duty. We evaluate every client's exposure and examine all risks. Working as Client Advisors, we are responsible for communicating with all client representatives and monitor service workload. We identify all extra revenue opportunities from clients. We select appropriate products and services to improve business. Finally, we maintain knowledge of current marketing circumstances.
