As Commercial Relationship Managers, we are responsible for the acquisition of new commercial clients and the retention of existing relationships. We structure, underwrite, and manage complex credit relationships. We identify the key staff in client organizations and develop profitable relationships. Understanding customer needs and developing plans to address them is part of our daily responsibilities. We resolve customer complaints and forward upselling opportunities to the sales team. We set up meetings with new clients and research the latest products and regulations. Working as Commercial Relationship Managers, we look for new sales opportunities and assist clients in making the right decisions with their accounts. We also explain financial aspects to the clients and generate sales for the companies.
