Crawford specializes in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, electrical, laser cutting, machining, welding, construction, brewing equipment, and custom architectural products, among other things. Crawford provides goods and services to the commercial, manufacturing, and residential sectors. Employees are expected to report any violations of this policy to their boss or the company president right away. Any employee who breaches this policy or intentionally retaliates against an employee who reports or complains about a policy breach will face immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Aviation Department closed due to Covid 19, it was a great place to work, quite and was able to work on my own pace independently.

I was recruited by the hiring manager. I explained that I had not been a field adjuster for 5 years and would need training. They assured me that there would be ample training, so I accepted the job (I left a really good position as I thought it would be a great opportunity to further my career). Once hired and work began they gave me a total of 5 days of training and expected that was enough. On my 7th week of employment I approached the manager about feeling I needed more training. At the end of that day I was let go.

There is none.
No training with unrealistic expectations.
