I was night shift, and receieved multiple calls/texts/teams meeting requests outside of my work hours. These TEAMs meetings were not compensated and were usually micro managing in context. Just don't recommend. Work-life balance is non existent.

The Engineering team made no effort to ensure I was a member of their team and was not interested in getting to know me as a person. I did not fit into their culture personally and professionally

The company is great with placing you in positions that can quickly go from temporary to permanent. The benefits were great and available quickly.

This company promotes culture when this is the most unhealthy place I have ever worked. They pay very little and will expect you to work 50 hours a week to get your work done but will not approve overtime. The reason there is so much work is due to several issues that could be easily fixed (which is tried to incorporate within my time at the company). There is rapid turn over, the reason is because the amount of work, lack of pay and treatment from leadership and the sales office. Due to the rapid turn over, other people had to carry the account and workloads of other for months. In that time I took on 2 peoples accounts and asked to be compensation for that work since the company way making the money and I was working my fingers to the bone. I was told in due time. It took 8 months. Not sure why I even stayed. The sales field does not do their work correctly which causes so many issue that could be fixed and time saved... the revenue director never made any attempt to make changes.

I enjoyed my time with the company but I didn’t see much room for advancement. I would recommend them though they have a lot of programs for employees.

I found it to be a very good experience and enjoyable. Highly recommend to others. Pay is great and timely.

Accept 6 month contract with Medxcel LLC with pay of 22.00/hr at 40 hours a week. Medxcel LLC ended contract within 2 months after stating that the company do not have the hours to pay my 40 hours a week as stated in contract.

My experience with Insight Global as my staffing agency for IU Health was fantastic. Especially Luke Hann, my staffing manager was so very helpful in questions I sometimes had about my hours worked and contracts. I cannot recommend them to a job seeker highly enough. They are top notch!!!

I worked for this company for a while. They were kind, professional, easy to talk to and excelled at matching the person with the job. If you weren't happy with the assignment you could end it and they will simply reassign you and let you decide whether or not the new position is satisfactory to you or not. They were always available. Fixed any problem without incident.

I did well until I got ill. Then I had to move back to Florida. I appreciated the weekly check in’s that the staff did while I was there.

Was hired to be an administrative assistant it was prestigious company however, the manager was not communicative. He did admit this to me however, it didn't help when trying to meet goals that were ambiguous.

Worked as a temp for Insight Global. Pay was better by a few dollars than where I came from. Everybody super friendly. Was hired to complete end of prior year HCC coding. Great reviews and audits. Had major meeting after several months praising us for completing the job 3 and a half months early. Was told not to worry, there are plenty of projects awaiting coders. The next day was called by recruiter and told to log out and return equipment. No reason why, nothing. Til this day, don't know if it was because I was no longer needed or if I actually did something wrong. Just me or all of us? On the plus side, with all the extra money and overtime, I literally doubled my salary. Made enough to payoff credit cards and had extra money to live on while I looked for another job.

In the beginning I felt motivated and supported. The company gave me the impression I mattered. A year later after I have developed processes, trained, worked on personal time, creating and being a huge impact on the way the project is running now, there is no internal growth. They have put me on a probation period and the reasoning for this probation is so inaccurate but never took the time to see the facts vs what they were told by a person in leadership. When I brought up I have the actual chats they wouldn't see the evidence. They promised 200+ employees a contract extension then terminated them all the next week and only kept about 20.

I was very satisfied with the member service representative position and the passion to help patients with their calls. When COVID-19 caused everyone to work remotely, it was a very good experience.

I worked for four months as Insight Global it was a great experience. Although I was a subcontractor for one of their accounts, they gave me all the support I needed to be successful.
