It's a great place to start but very quickly you see and feel out of sorts with goals and or ambition. I was there 8 years and the first few were progressive. Movement and upward mobility stopped for me when I spoke about the Elephant in the room. After that I suffered 3 years of pain, sweat and tears with no opportunity, promotion or recognition. Gladly I was labeled Notorious by staff and the administration, leadership and above. It just seems to be no place for a Progressive endeavor.

Pros and Cons
Lunch often but antisocial.
A Groupthink at the top and in the culture.
