What does a Clinical Leader do?

In the role of Clinical Leader, our primary responsibility is to lead different clinical initiatives in the medical clinics and hospitals. We lead the assigned projects and oversee the performance of work in our teams. We act as the main mentor for the junior staff members. Working as Clinical Leaders, we are accountable for preparing plans for the improvement of our clinical services. We ensure that the timelines of each clinical project are being met. We coordinate with other team members and project managers to discuss the issues of our projects and find out their resolutions.
