Although hard rock claims to be all able peace love and save the planet this is not true when it comes to kitchen culture. Bullying and descrimination are tolerated and sometimes encouraged the location is also micro managed from 1400 miles away. 40 hrs is never given during slow months and 60 hrs or more is demanded during peak season. Pay is entry level at best. Growth within the company is extremely limited due to number of locations. If I had to give this company a grade it would be D- at best.

Pros and Cons
It is a paycheck
