About Information Architect

What does an Information Architect do?

Working as Information Architects, we plan information architecture by consulting the target audience. We analyze user needs and preferences to identify project requirements. We are also responsible for aligning the project with the cooperate strategy, opportunities, and constraints. Producing storyboards, workflow diagrams, and page-layouts are our prime responsibilities. We design, install, test, and integrate relevancy standards to improve searches. We also troubleshoot performance and search relevancy issues. Working as Information Architects, we collaborate with the usability team to study user feedbacks and traffic patterns. We also review and analyze content types and make recommendations for improvements. Finally, we use data analysis and machine learning to analyze user behaviors.

  • creating content strategies, and sitemaps
  • analyzing customer behaviors to make future decisions
  • improving speeding and efficiency of search technologies
  • Presenting solutions for requested technical issues
