Based in Washington DC, International Justice Mission is a globally recognized organization that operates on an objective to protect the people in poverty from violence. The organization partners with the local authorities in about 20 program offices in 13 nations globally to prevent activities such as trafficking, slavery, violence against women and children, police abuse of power, and more. The organization ensures that justice systems are strengthened, restore and rescue victims, scale demand for protection, and bring criminals to justice. The organization envisions to rescue millions, protect more than a billion people, and make the delivery of justice unstoppable. IJM encourages churches, volunteers, students, interns, advocates, and more to join its ranks and contribute to society.

Worked there for more than one year and i have experienced that there are very few chances of development. Work-life balance is insanely tough in some seasons pus very little room for upward mobility.👎
