About Senior Instructor

What does a Senior Instructor do?

As senior instructors, we teach the assigned courses according to the course objectives and descriptions. We plan and organize the academic curriculum for achieving the academic goals and ensure that courses are designed to improve the skills and knowledge of students. Our duties include mentoring the students and encouraging them to participate in academic activities. We handle the academic as well as administrative responsibilities related to teaching. It is our job to compute the marks and grades of students and keep accurate records. We assess the class participation, assignments, attendance, and exams for allocating grades. Also, we attend the daily and weekly meetings with staff for optimizing the academic activities.

  • undertaking the training courses regularly
  • arranging sessions for students
  • downloading and reviewing the class rosters
