There is a major lack of communication between upper management and store employees. I worked for months without receiving proper training for my position. And even then as a new employee I knew more than my manager did at times. There’s definitely a reason they have a substantial turnover rate.
Pros and Cons
Pay is decent and benefits are ok.
No support or recognition for hard work.

I had a wonderful boss & great coworkers, if serv u success had paid more I'd still work there. The last 2 raises were very disappointing, especially for working during the entire pandemic & only received $.10 an hr raise.
